Through lecture, asana, mudra’s, essential oils and flower essences we will learn about the chakra system and explore ours’ individually. We will also discuss the kosha’s and use paint to express our feelings and ideas as we explore each of our chakra centers using guided imagery. Using our intuition and personal symbols we will paint our designs expressing our individual personal chakra energy.

Come spend the day working with a cooper essential oils still to make a hydrosol and essential oil out of local seasonal plants here in Costa Rica. While the still is steaming we will look at, smell and discuss whatever is ripe and plentiful, learn what are essential oils made of, a little about their history, why and how essential oils work, safety issues, look at a list of locally available plants.
