We will discuss this wellness system’s Indigenous, European, Asian and African roots, philosophy, cultural sustainability, methodology, herbalism, bodywork (sobando), energetic cleansing (limpia), holistic counseling (platica), hydrotherapy, food medicine, ceremony, finding the path to healing, the lessons of disease, creating community and connecting with the sacred through song and ceremony.
