Myofasical Release (MFR) is a whole body corrective technique that provides sustained pressure into fascial restrictions allowing the body time to gently and naturally change the tissue memory that pulls on the body. Through MFR, the body naturally releases physical and emotional holding patterns that contribute to pain and illness. The goal is to restore balance, homeostasis and allow the innate ability of the body to heal itself.
