Tropical Treasures/ Food as Medicine – Rebecca Wood  

A primer on why and how to use common tropical plants as food, medicine, and natural cosmetics.  It’s time to taste, smell and slather your way to a better understanding of local foods.

Teacher Bios

Rebecca Wood MS, E RYT500, CNHP, (Certified Natural Health Professional) AromaTherapy, AromaTouch, Reiki, Chakra and Energy Healing, Food as Medicine, Functional Fitness. Pranassage and YIN yoga. I have also taken Structural Yoga training with M. Stiles, Balance Training with Jean Couch and Anatomy Trains with Tom Myers and Doug Keller. Master Herbalist/Ethnobotanist. Rebecca retired after 35 years of teaching Natural Resource Management, Herbal Studies, Permaculture & Sustainable Design. www.hopewoodholistichealth.org
