Travel to a place that’s nothing short of lush forests, exotic beaches and adventure. Join Erin Ward-Williams and Victoria Hegedus, yoga and movement educators on a one week feel-your-best retreat in beautiful Uvita, Costa Rica. Think yoga, mindful movement, fueling your body with natures most nutritious foods. We’ll be zip lining through the tree tops and dancing with the waves of the Pacific!

About The Retreat

The retreat center is situated  high up in the mountains of the small town of Uvita. Surrounded by lush rain forest, hidden waterfalls and stunning views of the South Pacific Ocean.The sun sets over the sea right in front of our live edge Balinese dinning table! Our morning and evening practices will take place on the yoga deck. An open concept, tree house inspired platform which also over looks the ocean and allows for all the sounds of the jungle to be heard. Spot all kinds of wildlife right from the retreat grounds. A chance to see the monkeys and birds of Costa Rica in their natural element! 

Enjoy the pool all day long or pack up and head to the beach! Spend time walking through the organic gardens that surround the property and treat yourself to the most nutritious and fresh foods on earth! You’ll make new friends and connect with nature like never before. You wont want to miss this!

What’s Included?
  • 6 days and 6 nights accommodations. Single, double and triple occupancy cabinas available.

  • 3 nutritious vegan or vegetarian meals daily as well as desserts, morning coffee/tea and fruit.

  • Ground transfers to and from SJO airport to the retreat.

  • Airfare to SJO airport (we can assit you with this if needed).

  • Travel Insurance.

*Please note, the retreat will begin at 7pm on Jan. 29th. When booking fights, we recommend booking a flight that arrives in San Jose before 1pm on Jan. 29th. San Jose is approximately 3.5-4 hours from the retreat in Uvita and the last transfer will depart at 2pm in order to arrive at the retreat before dark. You may prefer to fly out on Jan. 28th and spend one night in San Jose. We can assist you with both flights and recommended hotels in San Jose!

The retreat will end at 11am on Feb. 4th. When booking flights we recommend booking flights which depart in the evening. The last transfer will leave at 11am. please allow 4 hours of travel time from Uvita to San Jose as well as time to arrive  2-3 hours before your scheduled flight out of Costa Rica. You may prefer to spend an extra right in San Jose for convenience.
