The Art of Cultivating Gratitude for Ultimate Healing

February 21, 2015 - February 28, 2015

• Class Description:
What  to  Expect:

This retreat is all about GRATITIUDE! Why gratitude? When we are grateful for our lives, our bodies, and all of the beauty that surrounds us, magic happens. We feel happy, we love more fully, and ultimate healing can occur. During this week, we will be diving into the art of cultivating gratitude through several different healing modalities and practices. We will start each morning gazing at the sun as it rises over the mountains that surround our beautiful land, followed by a morning yoga practice. Throughout the day you will be getting entrained(chiropractic adjustments), doing yoga and authentic movement, participating in 12 Stages of Healing classes, doing gratitude practices and eating authentic Costa Rican meals (as organic as possible). There will be plenty of time to read, write, relax and just BE . . . and soak up the incredible healing that the land of the Awareness Center has to offer. We will also have a day free, when you can go explore the surrounding area of Costa Rica…. horseback riding to beautiful waterfalls, walking around Dominical (the local town), relaxing at the beach, or exploring the Costa Rican Riviera, Manuel Antonio. A couple of the evenings we will do sunset ocean swims and eat dinner together in Dominical.

Our intention for this retreat is for it to be a week that helps you awaken to your most amazing and activated self, experience ultimate healing and remember what a blessing this life is, so that you can go back into your life renewed, relaxed and excited to give your gifts to the world. Come and play with us! It will be a week you will remember forever . . .
