Temazcal (Sweat Lodge) Ceremony
Over the past year, we have worked diligently to improve and enhance our 1.45 acres of land by planting/constructing:
*five swales planted with herbs and vegetables
*over twenty trees including banana, lemon, plantain, avocado, breadfruit and guanábana
*herb garden plantings include oregano, cilantro and stevia
*a 12ft high, 30ft diameter greenhouse housing 3 food gardens and multiple seedling waiting to root and be planted
*2 banana compost circles
All in an effort to turn our little piece of land into an organic food forest.
We recently constructed our Temezcal Sweat Lodge from locally sourced bamboo.
The Mauser EcoHouse is a work in progress.
We are motivated by our desire to be of service to our local community and in some small way contribute to the great good.
