T’ai Chi Chih free demonstration today! and 5 week course

For demonstration on March 20, Accredited instructor will introduce several of the 19 movements of T’ai Chi Chih and you will have the opportunity to practice this moving meditation. Participants are welcome to ask questions. Those wishing to take the five week course can register.
For five week course, the side to side and standing movements will be taught in addition to two warm up movements and the Cosmic Consciousness Pose. Movements will be taught 2 or more per week and include:
Rocking Motion
Bird flaps it’s wings
Carry the ball to the side
Pulling taffy and it three variations
Light at the top of the head/temples
Joyous Breath
Passing Clouds
Six healing sounds

Bio:

Dr. Anita Vestal has practiced T’ai Chi Chih since 2001 and became accredited to teach it in 2006. She is the only accredited instructor in Costa Rica at present. Cost:

Demonstration on March 20 is free.

Five week course to learn 11 movements and one pose is 10 mil for 5 classes or 2500 per class Mondays March 27th to April 24th

Location:

Casa Espiral, Barrio El Prado, San Isidro de el Gerneral. From Interamerican highway, take road to Quebradas/MOrazan. Turn right at Mi KFe before collegiate UNESCO. At end of that short road is the house with green mesh across from Apartmentos El Prado
