Sacred Soundscapes

November 14, 2015 @ 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Awakening Jaguarundi - Sacred Soundscapes - Upward Spirals

Course Description:
Sacred Soundscapes is an intuitively channeled audio experience that entwines the medicinal vines of candlelit yin yoga, Thai massage, guided journeywork and meditation with medicine songs, sound healing, and vibrational activation.

Setting a gorgeous container that is crystal gridded and activated with smudge and sweet grass, and a plethora of sound healing instruments, we will create a spirit-infused journey for you to personally embark on. Each Sacred Soundscape is a masterpiece tapestry woven for each session, as unique and divine as each participant.

Blissful feminine vocals weave their way through flutes, drums, rattles, gongs, crystal singing bowls, bells, didgeridoo, stringed instruments, tuning forks, and more – all gracefully guided through the vast inner realms. This sonic experience will take you deeper than you have ever imagined.

Join us on this journey of ultimate embodiment, opening your heart to higher levels of self love, and surrender to the yum of this ceremonial voyage.

Teacher Bios:
Autumn Rose:  An incredible facilitator of wellBEing and world wisdom on all levels of the body, BEing, & beyond. She hails from the most ancient lineage of traditional Thai medicine, has climbed 10 000 feet up the Himalayan mountains to tap the vein of yogic wisdom from the motherland of India, and has quenched her thirst for knowledge from the many streams of healing from cultures worldwide.

Autumn is a bridger of worlds, receiving blessings and teachings of the ancient future from many smiling spirits. Her journey is BEing guided through the realms of shawombynism and  IN, to the ever expanding vastness of the sacred heartmind; she is learning to BE guardian and keeper of this garden of the soul.

“I choose to TRUST this earth-walking; I chose this life, and here it is, waiting to live WITH me.”

Keah Rose: A powerFULL soul on a journey of ultimate SELF transformation. His medicine is rooted deeply in the earth, amongst the spirits of the trees and plants, where he connects with his highest self, the giver of the great breath that fuels him forward. He is an incredible visionary; having the ability to travel the astral realms and bring back the sacred symbols and states with which he weaves his experiences from.

Keah uses the metamorphic states of breathwork, yoga, and meditation to connect him to the deep wisdom of his heartspace; using the intention of self love to travel further than the reaches of the conscious mind. He has bowed to the reflection of self transformation and trust many times, and as a world traveler, has witnessed the unfolding of his many selves, and is continually guided by their growth.

Keah is a lover of growing and harvesting with gratitude and connection to Gaia. With an artist heartmind, everything is his world exists as a creative pulse, and upon finding his voice, he opens up and sings the songs that the spirit realms are whispering.

Directions:
Getting to Danyasa Eco-Retreat is easy. If renting a car, you can follow the directions and map below to find us. Allow 3 hours to arrive in Dominical from the airport in San Jose. We do highly recommend renting a GPS with your vehicle, as most streets in Costa Rica do not have signs or even names!

Shared ride shuttles provide another option for getting to us. Sit back and watch the scenery and leave the driving to the pros. Shared ride shuttles usually leave from the Juan Santamaria International Airport and generally cost around $55 each way.  The shuttles take about 3 hours.

Private shuttles from San Jose airport or the city run $150 and take about 3 hours.

One can also take a 20 minute airplane flight from San Jose to Quepos and then take a taxi or rent a car to drive the remaining 30 minutes south to Dominical.

And lastly, public buses can take you from downtown San Jose right to our doorstep.  The buses leave from the TRACOPA bus terminal, and the bus line is called Delio Morales. You will have to buy a ticket to Uvita, but you can get off anywhere. There are two buses each day. Each bus stops briefly at Orotina and Quepos before arriving at Dominical.  The buses leave at 6am and 3pm and take about 5 hours to get to Dominical.
