Rocket Stove Workshop

ROCKET STOVE WORKSHOP


Heat water, air, and cook food for next to nothing! 

 

Learn how to create a super highly efficient, smokeless woodburning rocket stove for cooking & hot water heating system (and many other useful functions!) that’s cheap to construct from natural and recycled materials.


Shahee Warner, experienced in rocket stove and sustainable lifestyle techniques, will be teaching the basics and some of the finer points of Rocket Stove design & construction. Get a hands-on experience building a simple clay cob style rocket stove, plus receive a demonstration of a new   thermo-siphon hot tub water heater with a J-tube fire-brick rocket stove design.

      

    

Workshop will cover:

– Thermal dynamics of a rocket stove
– J-tube and L-tube design differences
– Cob, brick, earth and welded designs
– Wide variety of applications including a hot tub on site
– Feed tube design variations
– Riser design variations
– Cook spot variations
– Open top vs. reburn chamber
– And a lot more
