Qigong Retreat

July 17, 2015 - July 26, 2015

Join Sifu Anthony in Costa Rica…

  • Imagine…spending entire week of learning the amazing, self-healing art of Qigong in a tropical mountain paradise where the weather is like springtime all year round.
  • Imagine…being fed 3 delicious meals every day, plus snacks, fruit, tea, and organic coffee to your heart’s content. Imagine traveling to crystal clear mountain rivers, hot springs, local markets, or just lazing around in a hammock.
  • Imagine…leaving the retreat feeling recharged, rejuvenated, revitalized, and ready to tackle life with a renewed vigor and zest.

Join me, Sifu Anthony Korahais, and an amazing group of likeminded students for a life-changing experience at the beautiful Blue Mountain Retreat Center in Costa Rica.  This is your chance to make the transformative changes you’ve been craving.

By immersing yourself in this course, you’ll not only get a massive healing boost, but you’ll leave with the tools to continue healing yourself on your own.

This retreat will exceed your expectations, guaranteed.  Even if you’ve learned Qigong or Tai Chi in the past, I still guarantee that you’ll be amazed by what I have to teach. And you’ll also be amazed by the retreat center itself.

  • Learn what’s blocking your body from healing, and how Qigong can clear those blockages for you.
  • Discover the ultimate stress-reduction technique. You’ll enter into the deepest state of relaxation that you’ve experienced in years.
  • Feel that every cell in your body is energized and full of vitality.  I joke with students that garages are likely to get cleaned out after this retreat because of all the extra energy you’ll have. And it’s true!

  • Feel happy for no reason.  The truth is that happiness is an inside job, and this retreat will teach you how to work from the inside out.
  • Experience a dramatic reduction in pain levels during the retreat, and then continue to reduce their pain levels when they return home.

  • Learn how you can continue getting all kinds of amazing benefits on your own by practicing a simple and enjoyable 15-minute Qigong routine.

The Retreat Center

The Blue Mountain Retreat Center is an amazing place. Visiting it should be on your list of things to do before you die. When you leave the Blue Mountain, you will count the days until your return. It’s that special.

You will be taken care of from the moment you land in Costa Rica, until the moment you get back on the plane to fly home. You will be fed and housed in luxury, you will be taught amazing healing arts, and you will be able to leave all of your stress behind.

About Costa Rica

The country is a democratic republic. Under the 1949 constitution, all citizens are guaranteed equality before the law, the right to own property, the right of petition and assembly, freedom of speech, and the right of habeas corpus. A unique feature of Costa Rica is that it does not have an army. Costa Ricans decided there would be less chance for dictator coups without one, and so it has become a global model of democracy. During the last 50 years, the money that would have gone into the military has been spent on education. The country has one of the highest literacy rates in the world.

“I came here with some expectations. I found that all of my expectations have been exceeded by a country mile.” – Del Rodriguez

VIDEO – Why learn Qigong in Costa Rica?

For the first time in Costa Rica, I will teach a program based on the 12 Phases of Qi Mastery. I developed the 12 Phases of Qi Mastery to help students understand the skills they need in order to master Qigong (and also Tai Chi).

CLICK HERE to read more about the 12 Phases of Qi Mastery.
The very first step is to become aware of the Qi — both as a concept, and as a feeling. If you’re a beginner, then you’ll start by discovering the Qi that exists in your own body. Intermediate and advanced students will continue to discover the Qi in new and exciting ways.
The smooth flow of Qi is critical for health and happiness. Once you learn how, you’ll want to continue circulating the Qi through your body for the rest of your life, not only because it will keep you healthy, but also because it will make you feel great! (Exericse examples: Lifting the Sky, Heaven and Earth, Flowing Breeze Swaying Willow.)
Now that your Qi is flowing well, you can start to gather more of it. Qi is the main ingredient in Qigong, so having more of it is definitely useful! You can’t climb to the higher levels of mastery without spending time on this phase.(Exercise examples: Hugging the Tree, Playing the Lute, White Crane Spreads Wings.)
If your physical structure is not aligned, if your muscles, tendons, and ligaments aren’t working optimally, if you are physically and energetically weak, then you’ll never master your Qi. You need to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance in order to realign your structure and your Qi. (Examples: Three Levels to Earth, Dancing Crane, Dancing Fairies, Old Monk Removing Shoes.
No matter how good you are at the other phases, you’ll plateau in your development if you don’t also protect your Qi. External factors can have a major influence on your Qi — the food you eat (or don’t eat), your lifestyle habits, your environment, even your finances. To help you understand this phase, I will lead discussion and give handouts that will help you understand the impact of lifestyle habits on your Qi development.
To reach higher levels of health and vitality, you must work to purify your thoughts, emotions, and your energy.  Whereas “Protecting the Qi” is focused on external influences, this phase is focused on internal ones. (Examples: Five Animal Play, 1% Forgiveness, The Gratitude Spark, Focusing on One.)

You Are Worth It!

My wife and I are dear friends with the founders of the Blue Mountain Retreat center, which is why we are able to offer you such an unbelievable price.

Honestly, many retreat centers charge 50% more and aren’t nearly as amazing as the Blue Mountain Retreat.  For the experience of a lifetime — which is exactly what you get when you go to Costa Rica with us — the price is a true bargain.

If this trip appeals to you, if it sounds like a dream come true, it is.  Feel good about signing up.  You’re worth every penny, and you won’t be disappointed.

If you need to make a payment plan, click below to make a $200 deposit, and then I will contact you directly about making a payment plan.
