Practices of Resilience: Permaculture + Herbalism + Movement

In this inmersion we will be sharing knowledge and practices on how to live more harmoniously, reconnecting with our role in Nature’s dynamics. We will learn about permaculture technics and activating our natural flow energy through movement exploration in one of the most abundant and beautiful jungles in Costa Rica: Corcovado.
Retreat Inludes

yoga, meditation, sound healing, ceremonies, garden tour, breath-work, etc.

Day 1
- Arrival to Finca
If people already there will go for a walk and recollect herbs for the ceremony while plant walk
