Permaculture Design Course

This program takes place in January and June of each year, offering a Permaculture Design Certificate, workshops in Medicinal Plants, Nutrition, Fermented Foods, Slow Food, Natural Building, Gaia Rhythms, Community Building & Service, Alternative Education and Garden/Farming projects. Also offered are field trips to other permaculture projects around Costa Rica, daily yoga and spanish classes…
