Get Back To Your Roots Yoga and Healing Retreat

I am so honored and thrilled to announce that I will be hosting a retreat In Uvita, Costa Rica on May 15th-21st,2020! This retreat will get you back to your roots and give you a whole new appreciation for Mother Nature, Breathe, Yoga and Your HEALING Journey! During your 6 night/6 day stay, you will enjoy disconnecting in the mountains in Costa Rica. The Yoga Pavilion sits high on the hilltop, overlooking the pacific ocean with amazing sunset views. We will wake up and end each day here with either a meditation, yoga, or a workshop guided by myself.
Your ticket will include your lodging for 6 days and 6 nights, 3 vegan/vegetarian meals a day prepared from the estates Ayurvedic gardens or local farmers, transportation to and from the airport*, 4 group excursions, along with daily yoga, meditation, and workshops. With plenty of free time to explore as well!
This experience will bring you closer to your own truth. By disconnecting into the beautiful nature that Costa Rica has to offer you will be able to get back to your roots. Your ticket will include 4 group led excursions into the jungle! We will be guided on a waterfall hike, indulge in an Ayurvedic Jungle Spa, endure a personalized sweat lodge and take a beach excursion to either Hermosa or Marina Bellena! (I haven’t decided yet!) We will also be blessed with a welcoming Bombfire and a beautiful Sound Healing Session one evening. So excited to bring this magic into your hearts!
Also included in your ticket will be to and from transport to the airport! We will have a time frame of three hours that the bus will wait – so book your flight to arrive in that time frame! Traveling in another country can be an experience – let us help you make this experience as care-free as possible! : ) Its about a 3 to 4 hour drive to arrive to Uvita from the San Jose, Costa Rican airport (SJO). You can also choose to take a taxi on your own if you wish. It will roughly cost you around $150-200 each way. Or you can get wild with it and take the bus system there! Which would cost around $10-15 and take probably around 6-7 hours to arrive in Uvita. The goal is to keep everyone together, but if you would rather explore the adventures of Costa Rica, it is after all – your choice. Gratuity is also taken care of for the tours and items included in my package.
*The only things not included are extra excursions out on your own, spa treatments, acupuncture, massage, your personal tab with the Selva Armonia and your plane ticket*
This experience will leave you feeling the wonders that nature provides for us. We will get back to our roots with twice daily yoga and meditation sessions. Not only that, but I will be providing an Ayurvedic workshop to help you better understand how you can heal yourself by understanding who you are. Ayurveda is the sister science of Yoga and the oldest healing technique founded over 3,000 years ago! This workshop is perfect for where we are going because Selva Armonia is an Ayurveda Plant Based Retreat Center! I will also be doing a Manifestation workshop so you can get clear on your goals and direction in your life. I’ll be going over some tips and tricks that I use to keep my vibration high so my manifesting power can be at its best! We all have magic in our hands, its just a matter of honing in and knowing how to use it. <3

Above is the map of the grounds where we will all be staying. It has plenty of privacy and room to explore the glorious landscape Costa Rica has to offer! With plenty of fruit trees to climb or wandering butterfly paths, Selva Armonia is a magical place to get lost in. With a private pool overlooking the breathtaking views of the beach down below, you would think your in a dream. The Yoga deck also has a similar dreamy view with the best sunsets as your backdrop for your evening classes. Elevated into the trees of the jungle, this will allow you to go deep within in your practice. As you practice alongside the howler mokeys talking to each other, you’ll get to know the feeling of what nature has to offer! My goal and vision for this retreat is to get playful once more with nature. Get curious. Ask Mother Earth which direction to go. Listen to the wind for the answers. Being able to get away from the noise from outside influences and be able to just be – in nature – in the jungle of Costa Rica. We will be eating vibrant foods, getting barefoot and grounding in, lathering in an Ayurvedic mudbath in the Jungle Spa, sweating out your toxins in the sweat lodge, and using a fire ceremony to release your fears.
