Monday: Nauyaca Waterfalls trip
A rejuvenating 15 minutes hike after we take a car to get closer the waterfalls. Nauyaca are hidden jewel waterfalls with absolutely stunning views. Take energizing and cleansing dips and swim under the waterfall. We will bring snacks after you swim there.
Tuesday:Diamante Waterfalls – all day hiking trip ($35/person)
Almost 6 hours spectacular hike that will leave you speechless. The hike has three stages, and we take lots of breaks. The hike is not hard, everyone can do it. But be prepared to be on your feet for almost half a day. If you have severe physical restrains please let us know in advance. At the first level you will be walking through a beautiful Sanctuary farm that grows medicinal herbs and flowers. Here you can try sugar cane and some spices. Second level – we will go to gorgeous waterfall that looks like Blue Lagoon. Here you can either swim or jump! It is a quite special place. Third level- we will go under natural mountain caves. We will stop there for lunch and enjoy the amazing creation of the Mother Nature. Here you can sit quietly and maybe even hear the Heart Beat of the Mother Earth in your meditation. These caves are rare and miraculous. And finally just few minutes walk up from the caves you will get to the very top of the waterfall. Truly magnificent and mesmerizing experience.
Wednesday: Nature’s Spa and relaxation time
The property is filled with natural resources to pamper yourself with body exfoliation, natural clay mass, hydro massage, cool water treatments, that will leave you recharged and renewed.
Thursday: Surf Day Trip to Dominical ($50/person).
Small, beautiful town of Dominical has its own vibe and of course epic surf. If conditions are good, we will have a surf lesson. If not, we will just chill by the beach, get one of best smoothies in small cafe run by a local family. Bring cash to buy some souvenirs.
Friday: Chill out
Do whatever you body and soul wants: read, nap, walk, hike, help prepare food, take photos, chill out in hammock, journal, paint, sing… sometimes doing nothing is best thing to do.
Saturday: breakfast and departure

Help us by contributing to our community by bringing some organic raw nuts. Nuts are really expensive here and we love making raw foods with some nuts, as they are very filling and delicious. So if you can grab a pound or two of either raw almonds, cashews, pecans, brazil nuts, walnuts we will be very very happy! We also would appreciate any of the following: organic raw sunflower seeds, organic mung beans, chickpeas, golden flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, organic dried tomatoes, dried goji berries, blueberries, apricots, mulberries, and any of raw tahini (not roasted, not salted)
