200-hour Yoga Teacher Training
November 30, 2018 - December 21, 2018
200-HOUR
Yoga TEACHER TRAINING
certification approved by Yoga Alliance
Assessments are finalized by Irum Naqvi, Director of “The Center for Natural Living”, and Jo Ann Staugaard-Jones, Senior Teacher, Professor of Kinesiology & Dance and Author of “The Concise Book of Yoga Anatomy”.
Both teachers are rated ERYT500 instructors, each with a 500hr certification from the Himalayan Institute. This particular yoga offering is certified through both the US & Canada Yoga Alliances. (CE credits are also possible for the Yoga Anatomy and/or Philosophy sections).
Through this immersion training you will engage in intense physical practice. Thought provoking discussions will help you explore your inner being. Through reflection and self awareness, uncover your layers of conditionings and the Samskaras, discover your true self. The transformation will leave you energized, confident and ready to follow your inner calling.
Learn to teach, guide, and share yoga, from the foundation of your own practice.
