with Jack & Xi

Making rhythmic sounds & movements with our bodies to explore and share our inner rhythms, sounds and grooves, creating a joyful singing dancing fairy-goblin garden!

*Song Circle*

with Kris Campo

Join us for a song circle! For everyone who loves group-singing, chants & circle songs: bring a bottle of water and come learns some awesome songs that will open your heart and make you want to dance. Recording devices welcome for these super fun, groovey, & catchy chants that’ll get their hook into you and make you want more…

*Ceramics Workshop*
with Carolina Vanegas

We are going to learn how to make a mask and a little mug using brown clay. Also the children will have time to make their own creation and just play with the clay. We will take the pieces and fire in our kiln and they will be ready for painting in another workshop.

Learn to drum and make music in a group.

*Sound Medicine Journey*

with Vyola Myst

Receive channeled sound and music and individual vibrational attunements with a diverse array of sounds and channeled music. The effects range from very relaxing to profound inspiration, clarity, and balance. Instruments include vocal toning, quartz glass crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, viola, Shaman and middle eastern drums, Indian and Thai gongs, rattles, waterphone, tuning forks, and chimes.

*Respiration Yoga*

with Zander Hathaway

Respiration Yoga involves a powerful breathing exercise derived from Tibetan Tummo, which has been practiced in extremely cold temperatures by monks for several thousand years and recently made popular by Wim Hof, a.k.a. “the Iceman”. This method is designed to influence the autonomic nervous system, endocrine system, and immune system, in order to bring balance to virtually all functions of the body, regulate its core temperature, and generate greater health and happiness. We will begin the practice at the top of the waterfall and then move into the water to experience it in a colder environment.

Experiencing how practicing yoga daily impacts her life, she is honored to be able to share and guide others along on their own personal journey. Amber believes in creating space for each student to have their own unique experience on the mat, offering alignment cues and variations to choose what best suits you that day, in that moment. As she weaves her experience of practicing and teaching yoga for the last four years with her teacher training, retreats, and workshops into each class she guides you through.

*Walking Meditation*

with Kimmy McCann

In 2013, Kim hiked the Appalachian Trail, a 2189 mile trek along the East Coast of the United States.  As a solo hiker, she developed a daily walking meditation that included chakra balancing, karmic clearing, and circles of light.  During that period of time she witnessed uncommon manifestations, survived a bear encounter, and escaped three serious falls that could have resulted in death.  One hiker witnessed her fall 15 feet off of a steep vertical path and land with no injuries or scratches.  He told her that he had just seen her “float down” the fall.  She will be sharing her meditation techniques in a one hour walk about at the Diamante Center.  If you have a walking stick or two, please bring (not required).

Important Notes

** Must have a 4 x 4 vehicle to drive down to the Center. Otherwise park to the right of the entrance and walk down. (Keep cars in the parking area near kitchen)

** Bring a flashlight!! (It is very dark at night) Camping gear, hammock, food for the potluck, gifts for friends

** If enough parents would like to organize a location off-site for children on Saturday night, Diamante Center will pitch in to cover the cost of a shared babysitter

** Beds available first come first serve Saturday (bring bedding/pillow). Find HappE for available beds

** Pets by invitation only
